Refunds are not offered.

You can return any item on the site that becomes defective during the first 7 days of ownership, for a replacement of the original item or substituting a similar item of the same value. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation.

For hygiene we can not accept returns on lingerie or on toys that are not defective.
